I coach people who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. My work focuses on building self-awareness, strengthening emotional resilience, and creating sustainable behavior change through mindet and habit development.

 My approach is guided by the Eight Dimensions of Wellness—emotional, intellectual, physical, social, spiritual, environmental, occupational, and financial. Each area influences the others, and sustainable change happens when they're in better alignment. 

Through this holistic and whole-person framework, you'll gain clarity about what's working, identify where they feel out of balance, and take practical steps toward greater purpose and confidence in everyday life.
