Hi, I'm Sonya
I coach people who FEEL LIFE HAS BECOME FLAT OR MUNDANE. My work focuses on uncovering what you really want, developing the mindset to achieve it, and building the habits to sustain it. Through this process, you will rediscover your core values and how to move forward with intention, purpose, confidence, and joy.
My approach is guided by the EIGHT DIMENSIONS OF WELLNESS —emotional, intellectual, physical, social, spiritual, environmental, occupational, and financial. Each area influences the others, and sustainable change happens when they're in better alignment.

While therapy often focuses on exploring past experiences and consulting provides specific advice, coaching is future-focused and client-led. As your coach, I don’t provide the answers. Instead, I ask powerful questions that help you uncover your own solutions. Coaching empowers you to build self-awareness, confidence, and resilience to take intentional action toward your goals.
